Policies


Cancellations & Late Arrivals:

We understand that some things may come up that prevent you from attending your scheduled service. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancelation. If a notice is not given 24 hours prior to your scheduled service(s), we may charge $50/hour of services booked to your credit card. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled service(s) without prior notice, we may have to reschedule and/or charge a late fee of $25/hour of services scheduled. If you are more than 30 minutes late with no notice or don't show up, you will be considered a "No-Show" and may be charged the full amount of your scheduled service fee. 

Confirmations:

You will receive a confirmation text 4 days before your scheduled service and a confirmation call 1-2 days later(if you have not already confirmed via text reminder). If you do not confirm either by text or confirmation call, we cannot guarantee your reserved service time.

Booking an Appointment:

We require a valid credit card on file to reserve your service time. We can hold an appointment for 48 hours without a credit card. If a credit card is not given 48 hours after the appointment was made, the appointment may be canceled. 

Multiple Services & Packages:

A $50 deposit is required in order to reserve multiple services. Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 3 days before the scheduled time. If a cancelation request is made within 3 days of the appointment, we may charge 50% of the price of services scheduled. Any cancelation requests made within 24 hours of the reserved service time may result in 100% of the cost of the scheduled services.

Service & Product Refund:

Service: All of our services are non-refundable. However, if a mistake was made on our Team Member's part, we will reserve a complimentary corrective service as soon as possible. If we are not informed of the mistake within 7 days of the initial service, corrective services will not be considered complimentary. Changing your mind after the service has been performed, will not be accepted as a corrective service.

Product: We stand behind all products that we carry. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, let us know within 7 days of the purchase, and we may exchange for other products.
